• "Credits" means the prepaid units purchased and used within the Service to access features or third‑party services.
• "Wallet" means your prepaid balance used to purchase Credits.
• "User, "you" means any individual or entity using the Service.
• "We", "us", "our" refers to the Service provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to use the Service under applicable law. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments & Credits

4.1 Minimum Payment

• The minimum payment amount is GHS 50.

4.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Paystack, supporting Mobile Money (MoMo) and Credit/Debit Cards.
• We do not store your card or Mobile Money details.

4.3 Pricing

• Credits are sold based on the pricing displayed on the platform at the time of payment.
• Pricing may be updated at any time without prior notice.

4.4 Credit Calculation

• Credits are calculated automatically after successful payment based on the applicable rate.
• Credits issued are rounded down where applicable.

4.5 No Refunds

• All payments and credit purchases are final and non‑refundable.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Use of Credits

• Credits are used to access services offered on the platform.
• Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
• Credits are non‑transferable and may not be resold.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

7. Service Availability

• We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but do not guarantee continuous availability.
• We are not liable for downtime, delays, or service interruptions caused by technical issues, third‑party providers, or force majeure events.

8. Third‑Party Services

• Some services may rely on third‑party providers.
• We are not responsible for failures, delays, or changes caused by third‑party services.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms
• Restrict access to the Service for security, legal, or operational reasons

Unused credits at the time of termination are forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you within the last 30 days

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
